English Studio International Kindergarten is a fulltime English Immersion Kindergarten program. We teach three grade levels for children aged 3 to 6 years of age, and we follow the Japanese school year. Our aim is not only to build a solid based of English language communicative ability but also to nurture confidence, compassion, independent thought, self-expression, open mindedness and an inquiring mind. By nurturing these traits we are helping set our students along a path of life-long learning.
In 2004 we began to work on creating a more comprehensive program for 3 and 4 year old students based on a combination of our in-house EFL kindergarten curriculum and the curriculum used at Tokyo International School. This project was completed in 2004 and in 2005 we started teaching 2 and 3 hour Pre-kinder classes using this new curriculum. Due to the wonderful response we received we decided to start a fulltime English Immersion Kindergarten ”ESIK” based at our Meguro school at the beginning of April 2006.

イングリッシュスタジオ インターナショナルキンダーガーテンは、全日制の英語による幼稚園です。日本の学年制度に従って、３歳から６歳までの学齢の子供達を３学年で指導しています。私たちの目指すものは、英語での確実なコミュニケーション能力の確立に限らず、自信、思いやりの気持ち、独立した考え方、自己表現力、偏見のない広い心や探究心を育てることにあります。このような子供達の特性を育てることで、子供達が生涯,学び続けることへと歩み出させる手助けをしています。
2004年、私たちは、私たちの持つ幼稚園向けのEFL（英語を母国語としない子供への指導）カリキュラムと東京インターナショナルスクールでのカリキュラムを組み合わせ、３・４歳児向けのより総合的なプログラムを作り始めました。このプログラム作りは2004年内に完了し、2005年には、新しいカリキュラムを使って就園前児童向けのクラスでの２、３時間の指導を始めました。そこでのすばらしい成果を踏まえ、2006年4月、私たちは目黒のイングリッシュスタジオで全日制の英語による幼稚園「ＥＳＩＫ」を開校することにしました。
